Refund policy
Refund means money back. Cancel means we stop access. Those are not the same thing.
When a refund is available
You can request a refund within 24 hours of paying for a new, unused month if the service could not be used — for example we could not activate access, or the tool never worked for you in that window.
Unused means you did not log in to use the tools in a meaningful way during that month. A month you already worked in is not unused.
How to ask
WhatsApp only. Send:
- Your username
- The package or tool
- Payment date and proof
- That the month was unused / never worked
Approved refunds are processed after we confirm the record. Timing depends on the original payment method.
What is not a refund
- Cancel. Cancelling a subscription stops access. It does not return cash. If you only want access cut, say cancel — do not expect money back.
- Partial days. We do not pro-rate a month you already used.
- Change of mind after use. Once the tools have been used, that month is spent.
- Bonus fluctuation. Bonus tools on the main pack can come and go. That is disclosed on Pricing and is not grounds for a refund of the pack.
- Shared-credit exhaustion. Some credits (for example eRank / eHunt) are shared. Hitting a daily cap is not a billing defect.
- Policy breaches. Account sharing, scraping, automation abuse, or bypassing limits — we may suspend or terminate with no refund.
Renewals
A renewal is a new paid month. The same 24-hour unused rule can apply to that month if access was not delivered. It does not reopen refunds on earlier months.
Fair use
Using the Service means you accept the credits and limits page. Abuse that puts accounts or other members at risk ends the membership without a refund. Questions: Contact us.
