Privacy policy

This policy explains what Markhor SEO Tools collects when you use markhorseotool.com, and what we do with it.

Effective date: 21 September 2026. Markhor SEO Tools (“we”, “us”) operates the membership portal at markhorseotool.com (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

When you sign up, log in, or message us, we may hold:

  • Account details: name, username, email, phone / WhatsApp number, and the package you requested or bought.
  • Login data: IP address, browser, device, and timestamps of access.
  • Billing notes staff record when you pay or renew (amount, method, date). We do not store card numbers on this site — payment is arranged on WhatsApp.
  • Support messages you send us on WhatsApp.

2. How we use it

  • To create and run your membership, including tool access and session control.
  • To process orders, renewals, refunds and support.
  • To keep the Service secure (fraud, sharing, abuse).
  • To improve reliability (uptime, errors, usage limits).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent member lists for third-party marketing.

3. Cookies

We use session cookies so you stay logged in and so the portal can enforce one-account rules. You can block cookies in your browser; the member dashboard will not work without them.

4. Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Infrastructure providers that host the portal and email delivery.
  • Staff who activate packages and answer WhatsApp.
  • Authorities if the law requires it.

Some group-buy tools are shared accounts. Activity inside a shared tool (for example a Semrush project) may be visible to other members of that tool. Do not put private client workspaces into a shared tool unless you accept that risk. Private tools keep your assigned space separate according to that package.

5. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and session controls. No internet service is perfectly secure. If you suspect your login leaked, message us on WhatsApp and change your password.

6. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold on your membership, subject to records we must keep for billing and abuse prevention. Send the request on WhatsApp from a number we can match to your account.

We may update this page. The new text applies from the date posted here.
